Glass Worx of the Triad Inc

We just had shower glass installed by a company, not glass worx, through a general contractor. After Install I found a small scratch, and tried to reach out to the glass company, whose exact name I could not recall. I thought it was Glass Worx, so I called, was informed that it had not been them that installed my glass, but the gentleman I spoke with on the phone asked me what my issue was. I communicated about the scratch, and he offered me a possible solution (regular old toothpaste). I applied his solution, and it completely buffed out my scratch. I just wanted to say that this kind of interaction, I find, has become quite rare, and I applaud Glass Worx for it. Cheers, and thank you!

Don't waste your time as they will for sure waste your time! Had an appt set up and they never showed up. Tried calling and emailing them multiple times. Just like another person review states they never show up or take your call. They say they'll call you back but never do. Don't even know how they're in business.

RUN! They were supposed to come out to my home on 2/15/24 at 10am. They never showed up or called. I called them at 12pm to see if they were coming or if I could reschedule my appointment. The owner, Kevin, answered the phone and once I said they were supposed to be here at 10 he hung up. I called multiple times and no answer straight to voice mail.

had an appointment on 11/17/2021 for time slot of 1130am -1230. No one showed up or even called. I called and left a message at 1230 to see if tech was on way or what was happening. did not even get a call back by closing time. I would not recommend this company for anything. poor customer service to leave customers hanging like they did. I called their competitor Benswinger

Quality work at a reasonable price. Talked to Justin over the phone, and answered all my questions very professionally. Kevin came out for the install and took care of it all. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends. Thank you again, Glass Worx!
